Today we finished our week by everyone traveling to the village of Rueda de Tejas. It is a great reminder to us that the church is people not the building. Kids and adults played Futbol with the locals. Other kids and adults visited local homes to pray with them and bless them with gifts. Most of the team played the last game of ultimate frisbee tonight. The more mature members of the team think they will be just a wee bit sore tomorrow. We are preparing for our reality check-no more delicious home cooked meals. Did I mention they were really delicious? Miriam who did most of the cooking told us “she has never had a group who enjoyed their desserts so much”.
