Christmas gifts that are handcrafted in Honduras and El Salvador are for sale at the PATTH-A Honduras Ministry booth on the Molengracht this Friday, December 5 and Saturday, December 6. (The Thursday market is cancelled because of the extreme cold weather predicted). Our booth is located near the movie theater. PATTH-A Honduras Ministry will be at two craft and vendor shows this Saturday, November 8. This is an opportunity to start your Christmas shopping. If you’re an early shopper, you can find the perfect gift to finish shopping!The items we sell are fair trade. They support the impoverished who live in Honduras. The Fall Craft & Vendor Show in Pella will sell Honduran vanilla and Honduran coffee (bought directly from the grower).The pine needle baskets handcrafted by rural Honduran women will be at both shows. The plastic canastas (baskets) hand woven by El Salvadoran women are available too! There are Christmas ornaments to decorate the tree.The profits from our shows will be used to purchase medicines for our medical clinics in Honduras.
